Exchange Policy

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your TLC by ALG online purchase, return it to us within 14 days from the date you received your shipment. Include the original receipt and reason for exchange. If a product is defective, we will exchange the item. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Please note that we do not refund items, but we will gladly exchange the item for an item of equal purchase price. 

We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that are shipped after the 14 day grace period has expired or if items are returned to us not in the same condition your received them. 

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be exchanged. Sales items are a final sale.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund for any reason, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
